The Justice and Evangelism ministry exists to represent the heart, love and justice of God to our neighbors, city and the world. We step into situations of physical and spiritual poverty to bring hope through the Good News of Jesus.  
How we do this:

1. Food Pantry- Our food pantry exists to provide food and other assistance to those experiencing food insecurity in our community in a way that respects, empowers, and dignifies them.
Expectations for serving with the Food Pantry
-Arrive a little before 8am on Sunday mornings to attend a team pre-meeting for the day.
-Adhere to hygiene standards (gloves, sanitary wipes, etc.)
-Please no kids or pets
-Treat clients with love and respect
-Help with clean up after distribution (around 9:15am)
-Be a team player

2. CHF Food Pak Delivery - We receive food paks from Children’s Hunger Fund as an outreach tool intended to not only meet physical needs, but to build ongoing relationships with local families.
Expectations for Food Pak Delivery

• Sign up with Aisha for the appropriate number of families you can regularly deliver to
• We only deliver food paks to families with children in the home
• We are accountable for our inventory, so if you learn of other families that could benefit from them, make sure to take their information (name, address, phone #, number of kids under 12 years old)
• Pray for the families you are developing relationships with
• Contact Aisha to pick up more food paks

3. Other Evangelistic Events - From our annual backpack giveaway to monthly events for families, we are always looking for new ways to engage our neighborhood. Please talk to Aisha about new ideas, or subscribe to our weekly newsletter for information about upcoming events!
