Backpack Giveaway
Serving Our Community Together
One of the most significant ways we live out our mission of being a church that cares for the community is through our annual Backpack Giveaway. Every year, we have the opportunity to bless local families, meet practical needs, build meaningful relationships, and demonstrate the love of Jesus in tangible ways.
This is not simply an event, it is one of the primary ways we serve our community together as a church. Because of that, we need everyone to play a part. Whether through volunteering, connecting with families, praying, or giving financially, each of us can help make a lasting impact in the lives of local students and their families.
Our Backpack Giveaway will take place on Saturday, August 1, at 11:00 AM.
If you would like to serve at this year’s Backpack Giveaway, join us for our Volunteer Information Meeting and Training on Sunday, June 28, immediately after service in the Fellowship Hall. We will share the vision for the day, explain volunteer opportunities, and help everyone feel prepared to serve well. Whether you have participated in previous years or this will be your first time, we would love to have you involved.
In addition to serving, we invite you to help sponsor a student. The cost of providing a backpack filled with school supplies is $30 per student. Consider investing in one, two, three, or more students this year. Every backpack represents a child who will begin the school year knowing that their community cares about them.

Women's Craft Night
Ladies of the Vineyard, we'd love to invite you to our next Women's Art Ministry Night on Tuesday, July 14th, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM! Come enjoy a relaxing evening of creativity, laughter, and connection with other women. Whether you're naturally artistic or you've never picked up a paintbrush before, this night is for you! No experience is needed—just come ready to have fun and enjoy some time together. It's a wonderful opportunity to meet new friends, encourage one another, and leave with a handmade sun catchers to take home. Invite a friend, neighbor, coworker, or family member and join us for a fun night of creativity and community. We hope to see you there!
