On Saturday, March 28th from 11am to 3pm, The Vineyard will have a table at a local community event. We’d love for anyone from our church to come by and be part of it. It’s a great opportunity to connect with people in our community and simply spend time mingling. We are looking for signups to help out—we’d love to see as many of you there as possible! Easter is right around the corner, and it’s such a special opportunity for us as a church. We’ll be gathering for our Good Friday service and then celebrating together on Easter Sunday, remembering the incredible hope we have because of Jesus. This is also one of the times of year when people who might not normally come to church are more open to attending. In the lobby you’ll find Easter invite cards, so we want to encourage you to grab a few and begin praying about who God might be putting on your heart to invite. A simple invitation can make a big difference, and you never know how God might use it. So take some invites this week and help us welcome our community as they come to hear the good news this Easter.
Starting soon, we’re excited to offer a 5-week class on the Kingdom of God beginning April 12th. The class will meet on Sunday mornings from 9:30 to 10:45am, and it will be a great opportunity to go deeper into what Jesus taught about the Kingdom and how it shapes the way we live today. If this sounds like something you’d be interested in, we’d love for you to join! We have a sign-up available on our website so please make sure to sign up so we can prepare materials. We’re really looking forward to this time of learning and growing together.
