The worship team and multimedia/AV tech team at Valley Vineyard exists to cultivate a worshipful environment so that we can encounter the Living God together by deepening faith, developing musical/technical skills, and building a sense of community.

Team Expectations
Each team member, whether a musician or on tech, is to be a contributing member with a heart posture to worship and help others enter that space.  This looks like being a team player by helping with setup & teardown, maintaining a worshipful posture on & off stage, practicing throughout the week while continuing to improve skill/craft, and continually seeking His presence & growing in spiritual maturity.
Additionally, team members are expected to show up on time for setup & practice at 8:30 AM Sunday mornings, help with teardown at the end of service, contribute to additional worship nights & special services when able, attend team meetings, and maintain good communication with leaders.  Team members also need to communicate availability and also maintain healthy habits that honor limits.

Team member must be able to arrange their own transportation to practices.  If team member is running late or has a conflict, they must communicate that with the leader.

Onboarding Process
~Must have attended Valley Vineyard Church for at least 6 months.
~Show up to Sunday morning practices to observe.
~Schedule Interview/Audition with Worship Ministry Coordinator. Results will be shared shortly after with the chance to re-audition if needed. Rehearsals are available all year long.
