Youth + Young Adults

The Youth Ministry exists to prepare and equip young people with the Fundamentals of the faith so that they can come to a mature faith and become active members of our Valley Vineyard Community.

We build Communion with God through intimacy with scripture, intentional worship, and creating a safe space for ALL young people. We create Community through shared meals, shared conversations, and shared adventures. These things help us fulfill the Great Commission to make disciples in the Faith by cultivating an inviting place to be loved and shepherded into a deeper intimacy with Jesus.

Ways to Serve
Youth Leader - Be in relationship with youth. Be an active disciple of the word, general Bible knowledge and apologetics. This comes with a major time commitment, and we ask leaders to be present with youth 75% of Thursdays and Sundays.

Meal Preparation - We do need people to partner with us to prepare and or donate meals for approximately 40 people each Thursday evening.

Special Opportunities - There are a variety of ways to serve the youth throughout the year with rides to and from camps, meals for lock-ins, donations for meals and supplies for the game room, and opportunities to sponsor those youth interested in going to camp but can’t afford it.

VV Youth (ages 13-18) meets on Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm and Sunday mornings from 11-12:30.
Young Adults (ages 18-25) meets on Sunday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm.
