The Big Three Renewal

Dear Valley Vineyard Family,

As we enter this new year, we invite you to join us on a journey of spiritual renewal leading up to Easter Sunday. In the midst of life’s busyness, it’s vital to prioritize what truly matters—and that’s where The Big Three: Scripture, Prayer, and Reflection come in.

This season, we’re committing to these three transformative practices, making space for God to work deeply in our lives:

1. Scripture: Contemplative Bible Reading
Slow down and engage with God’s Word in a way that invites the Holy Spirit to guide you, revealing truths and promptings that speak directly to your heart. God’s Word is not static; it’s alive and active, transforming us as we respond to His voice.

2. Prayer: Listening Prayer
Go beyond speaking to God—learn to listen for His voice. In listening prayer, we create a sacred dialogue that deepens our relationship with Him and teaches us to recognize His guidance in our daily lives.

3. Reflection: The Daily Examen
Reflect on your day with the Daily Examen, a practice that helps you notice God’s activity, cultivate gratitude, and realign your heart to His presence and purpose.
By focusing on these “big rocks” before the smaller ones that fill our days, we center our lives on what is truly essential—hearing from God, aligning with His will, and experiencing renewal in Christ.
